Pack Your Gear
Ensure the scooter or accessory is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact before securely sealing the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
